One Year Landscape Guarantee
All newly installed plants are covered by our one year landscape guarantee. Please follow the watering and care instructions below, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Our 1-Year Landscape Warranty does not cover Seeding/Sodding. Because the survival of seeded or sodded areas depends largely on the care given after installation, these items are not warranted. Western Landscape LLC will not be responsible for washouts from heavy rain, wind, or disasters, natural or otherwise, over which Western Landscape LLC has no control
If a newly installed plant is cared for properly but dies of unknown causes out of your or our control*, a replacement plant will be delivered to your house and installed at no cost to you. If the replacement plant fails to survive, other action will need to be taken and the area evaluated. The plant may be improper for that space, or the care level of that plant may not align with your landscape needs. You and the salesperson will evaluate the proper steps to be taken and any associated cost to you will be presented.
After one year, you are welcome to contact us for all future plant replacement orders. We will order through our premium nursery supplier and charge your account for all materials.
How to Care for Your New Landscape
A healthy landscape depends on a balance of earth, water, and air.
Water the plants in your landscape in the early morning or late afternoon. Do not water during the hottest part of the day or too late in the evening, so your plants can dry off before nightfall.
Check the moisture level of your soil occasionally by putting your fingers under the mulch or rock and into the soil. You’ll be able to tell if you are watering too much or too little that way. The soil should not be soaking wet, and you should occasionally allow it to mostly dry out so air can enter.
Use your best judgment when caring for your new landscape. If possible, contact us before the health of a plant declines dramatically so we can help provide care guidance.
