We have found that the largest issues people have with landscape companies is a lack of clarity with their so called “estimates” or “designs” and it takes weeks to get an estimate. At Western Landscape we have developed a process to ensure you know EXACTLY what you are getting and give you a ballpark estimate SUPER FAST!
1. Initial Phone Consultation
Your journey with Western Landscape begins with a phone conversation rather than an onsite visit. We’ll discuss the details of your project, learn about your vision, and ask for photos or descriptions of your outdoor space. This step allows us to provide a free estimate, giving you a general idea of the cost without needing an on-site visit. Because we have written thousands of proposals we can usually get you a pretty close price with a simple phone conversation. This approach saves you time and helps you make informed decisions quickly.
2. Design Consultation and Scope Development
If the project scope and estimated cost align with your expectations, we’ll move to the next step: an in-depth design consultation. One of our landscape consultants will meet you at your property to discuss your dreams for the property. From there we’ll take measurements and create a detailed plan, including layouts and designs tailored to your goals.
3. Design and Proposal Presentation (the BEST PART!)
We invite you to our brand new office in Verona WI. We will go through a detailed design presentation, show you product samples, and go through any design changes that you want. From there, you leave with all your questions answered and clarity on exactly what you are getting. We do charge $250.00 for this service and we have found that everyone that goes through it never wants to do it differently ever again!
4. Project Scheduling and Procurement
Once the proposal is approved, we’ll schedule your project and begin procuring materials. Your project management team will keep you informed throughout the process by email or phone.
5. Professional Installation
Our skilled crews handle the installation process with precision and care. Whether it’s landscaping, hardscaping, or lawn care, we maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship to bring your vision to life. Throughout the installation, your dedicated foreman will check in with you daily to ensure it is EXACTLY what you want.
6. Post-Job Walkthrough
Upon completion, your foreman will walk you through the finished project. This step ensures every detail meets your expectations and provides an opportunity for feedback. We’re committed to making sure you’re thrilled with the final result.
7. Follow-Up and Customer Support
