Our story

Founded in 2015 by brothers Sam and Elijah Skalsky, Western Landscape was built on the belief that you shouldn’t have to worry about whether or not you are working with an honest or reliable landscaper. After our family experienced the frustration of working with a dishonest contractor we committed ourselves to raising the standard in the landscape industry through quality craftsmanship, and genuine customer care. We’ve grown from humble beginnings with a minivan and a push mower to becoming the landscaper with the most 5-star Google reviews in Dane County and a team of 50+ members. We thank God every day for the blessings and opportunities He sends us. Today, our mission is simple: to build the greatest landscape company in the Midwest by staying humble, hungry, and remaining aligned in everything we do.
