Project description
Initially this space was a simple bare lawn in the backyard. The goals for the project was to design a livable 3 season space for hosting the defensive lineup on the UW Badgers football team to watch game film and hangout.
Grant Severt went to work designing their vision and really made this project an extension of their home.
Upon approval of the design, Western got to work!
The project took approximately 7 weeks to complete with multiple improvements made to the project scope during the process. Dave Neyens was the foreman for Western on this site and saw it through to completion. This was a project with a lot of customization and specific design details which made the the communication between Grant and Dave important
The project was completed in the late summer which gave us plenty of time to establish a lawn before the cold winter set in.
This outdoor entertainment project was done in collaboration with Next Step Building and Design.
