Sunset Paradise

Project Description

This project was taken on in combination with many other projects around this house. Rather than sell and buy a new house this couple wanted to renovate and turn this into a beautiful place to spend time and entertain guests

The client gave Sam a general idea of what they were looking for but ultimately let our creative genius shine through. This was our largest project we had done to date which made it all the more exciting! 

The project was designed with a more modern color scheme to match the client’s new siding color and style. 

This western facing patio is three tiered; the cooking and grilling patio at the top, the reading nook, and the grand patio for entertaining, fires, and our personal favorite, watching the sunsets (which are absolutely beautiful). 

The project took about 8 weeks to complete with 2 to 3 crew members on site on a typical day. The project was finished off with european style rope lights. 

I can not say enough good things about how wonderful this client was to work with. They even let us come back a year later and use not only the patio area but also their house to film our brand video!

Our clients were very pleased with the end result which put the icing on the cake for us! There is nothing we would rather do than build beautiful spaces while making people happy.
